		<description>I was actually surprised why T. Davenport would write about Twitter and Marketing. He may be the god of process management and KM, but certainly not of social tools, let alone marketing. I left a comment challenging his view. I am wondering if he just wanted to attract some clicks by posting some provocative nonsense that he couldn&#039;t even back-up with good arguments.</description>
