I was asked several months ago to be on a panel for the Bulldog Reporters 2008 Media Relations Summit. I was honored and really looking forward to it. I’m one of those sicko’s that actually enjoy public speaking.
Then today I found out that I would be presenting with Robert Scoble and Jennifer Cisney of Kodak (check out Jennifer’s personal and work blog). I don’t know Jennifer and I’m sure she has no idea who I am either, but I find it kind of sad funny that Robert will be on the same panel with 2 print bloggers. Of course now that Robert writes for Fast Company, maybe he’s the real print (publication) blogger.
Robert Scoble and Shel Israel’s book Naked Conversations: How Blogs are Changing the Way Businesses Talk with Customers had a huge influence on me several years ago. Two years later I still consider it a must read for anyone thinking about corporate blogging.
I think it will be a great panel, each of us has our own blogs as well as run or have run blogs for Microsoft, HP and Kodak. I love the fact that it’s not three people talking about what a company should do theoretically but three professionals who have actually done this in large enterprise businesses.

Very jealous of your attendance at Bulldog’s conference - and that I’ll miss out on you speaking! Impressive lineup and hope to hear more about it when you return
Great coup, Tac! Contrats.
