Recommend a blog

Every now and then I do this major purging of my RSS feeds. While changing out my blogroll I decided to clean house again. I went from 132 to 17 feeds in my Google Reader.

So that I don’t suffer withdrawls I’m asking for your recommendations. In exchange I promise to subscribe to all of the recommendations (feel free to recommend your own blog). The really good ones will make it in my blog roll.

I normally prefer blogs that focus on marketing, technology, communications, new media, business, innovation, etc. I will however consider any topic.  Leave your recommendations as a comment.  Multiple links will probably trigger a delay in the comments posting so be patient and check back.

If you enjoyed this post, make sure you subscribe to my RSS feed!

I like (and think you will enjoy):

    - Springwise: some of the coolest new business ideas from entrepreneurs, most of which can be expanded to other markets.

    - Early to Rise: a multi-faceted daily guide to becoming healthy, wealthy and wise. Sometimes has some over-the-top ads but the articles make up for it.

    - Tim Ferriss’ blog: I’d be surprised if you’re not already reading this one, but I find Tim’s out-of-the-box thinking compelling and enlightening.

Tac — you might already be subscribed to these but:

    1. Jeremiah Owyang: http://www.web-strategist.com/blog/

    2. Chris Brogan: http://www.chrisbrogan.com

    3. Andy Beard: http://www.andybeard.eu

Oh, and there’s me too (*smile*) at http://www.instigatorblog.com. I’ve been on a social media bent for the last few posts, but I do jump around into entrepreneurship, startups, and other topics.

These are great. I was really expecting “the usual suspects” but these are all blogs I have not subscribed to before.

Please keep the recommendations coming, my addiction is not yet satiated.

Okay Tac, you know I’ll play along, even if I do jump into it a little late…

Idaho Ad Agencies is my somewhat regular commentary on the advertising and marketing world here in Idaho.

You can’t go wrond with AdPulp and Ad Rants.

And the list wouldn’t be even close to complete without mentioning CC Chapman’s site.

And sometimes it pays to be late. Your comment is my 200th comment congratulations. You can’t see it but I’m throwing confetti.
