		<description>Unfortuantely there is still a perception around social media that an organization can turn it on and it will just run (albeit taking productivity with it).  Understanding how colleagues relate and collaborate using these tools, as well as understanding the dedicated resources required to run, maintain and encourage the processes is the leap we need to make our companies and customers aware of.....as well as the value of doing so, of course!</description>
