I can't wait to hear what you have been working on!
What will I be doing in 5 years?
I don't think we will be pulling the "why social media" teeth anymore but we will be preaching the word (and building policies & procedures around it) of how to integrate a company full of Gen X & Y that has a culture that is a complete 180 from what has existed in the past.
Real world experience will be King, being real will be King, social will be King. But reality is, we will still be the jesters to come in & pull teeth why they should be listening to us.

You know what's harder than any of those things? Watching from the outside as all this exciting stuff happens around you. At least you don't have to worry about that one. You're neck-deep in exciting social media stuff all day! :-)
