		<description>Well said.  I also use a similar statement in this realm &#039;Its OK to fail, just fail quickly&#039;.  One thing I would add to this however is the learning.   You mention the concept of change - yes - its ok to fail, but its not ok to repeat the same mistake twice.  We carry out agile development in our shop and we treat everything as an iteration.  You never get it right the first time, but the key is definitely setting up early warning signals so you don&#039;t go too far down the wrong path.</description>
