		<description>Companies who don&#039;t trust their customers usually don&#039;t trust their employees.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The two seems to be interrelated to me. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And, don&#039;t worry,  I&#039;m confused all the time Eric. My point was more about looking at the stakeholder you want to build trust with, employees, customers or whoever and exercising trust first in order to be worthy of the others trust. I&#039;m sure this is some foundational human trait.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m a bit confused.  You seem to be referring to the trust a company should have in it&#039;s workers and then you mention the trusting members of  a community.  Are you pointing out that it&#039;s all interrelated?</description>
