		<description>Thanks Margeret. As you work through your plan, I&#039;d love to hear how this ultimately fits with what you see. While I think the industry is heading this way and assuming I&#039;m right, the hard part is transforming the companies we work in/with to align with that vision. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I may also be full of crap and would like that feedback to.</description>
