Yeah I know but it's all I got. I can't recreate it but at least 4 different people have had the problem.

Ok, well I'm open for a phone call if you still want one. I think it might be due to multiple logins on the same account. Everyone should try to log out - clear their cookies and cache - and have one person try logging in, and if that is successful - log out. Then another person, and repeat.
