// what do you think?

You Are Always On

Shakespeare famously said, “All the World’s a stage.”

He had no idea. We are always on.

If you are ‘on’ (as in online) then you are on stage.

This doesn’t mean you have to be perfect but you have to be smart. In fact showing some of your imperfections is a good thing. It’s real, it’s accessible.

Just like your favorite characters, you are human it’s okay to be human.

But like the actors that play the parts, they are deliberate.

Welcome to the production of your life.

You’re on.

    Who are you when no one else is looking? Who are you when you’re “on”?   The difference between the two is what keeps people from blissful happiness.

    I feel fortunate that the difference between the two is pretty minimal.

    Reminds me of @holdenpage’s point about some having/not having a filter. I don’t think mild mannered folks are more “filtered” - maybe that is their personality…ahh, I remain undecided.
